この記事、EVをどう見るかという点で興味深い。
日経記事のリード文を以下に掲げる：
米アップルが電気自動車（EV）の開発を中止する方針を固めたことが27日、わかった。同社幹部が開発を担う社員らに対して伝えたという。社外には公表していない。アップルは生成AI（人工知能）の分野に開発チームなど経営資源を集中するとみられている。
また、記事のなかで「EV開発チームのレイオフ（一時解雇）も計画しているもよう」と報じられている。穏やかではない。

Juliaのインストールはインストーラーjuliaupを用いるのが簡単。
Juliaのofficial siteでも、「all julia versions are installable through Juliaup」とされており、これが標準的のようだ。
Juliaup は以下でインストールされ、利用可能になる(Juliaup – Julia version manager参照)：

日経平均が1989年12月29日につけた最高値(30,8957円）を超え、今日の終値で39,098.68円となった。
今日の株価の動きを右図に掲げておいた。
NVIDIAの決算がよかったので、今日こそ最高値に到達するとは思っていたが、午後の取引が始まると同時に「簡単に」最高値を更新した。
その後、少し下がる局面もあったが、午後2時48分には今日の高値39,156.97円をつけた。
下図は、日本経済が1949年の戦後株式取引再開から今日に至るまでの日経株価の推移だ。日経電子版の記事(「日経平均、取引時間中の最高値上回る 一時3万9000円台」）から転載しておいた。私が生まれたのが1948年だから1歳(正確には0歳と7か月かな）の時に株式取引が再開された。それから74年間の記録だ。感慨深い。
日経電子版（2/13配信）に「保険料に税の代役はできない 増税議論逃げる政治の怠慢」と題する解説記事（中外時評）がでていた。児童手当の拡充などの育児支援策の財源を保険料に上乗せし徴収する政府案を批判したものだ。
この解説記事で述べられていることには頷くところが多い。岸田政権に対しては様々な批判がされているが、このあたりが最もひどいところではないかと思っている。国のしくみを根本から破壊するような話ではないかと思ってしまう。
記事中に、社会保険というのは「病気や長寿、要介護といった予期せぬ事態に備える」もので、「加入する集団のなかで負担と給付の対応関係が本来の姿」であり、「支援金制度はこの関係がかなり薄い」とされる。社会保険料の特質として、「保険料には裕福な人の負担が軽い特性」があり、「高額の報酬を得ている人ほど収入に対する負担割合は小さくなる」ことを指摘している。
そして、子育て支援を社会保険で賄なおうとすることは、「（社会保険が）高所得者と軽減措置がある低所得者の負担が軽くなる一方、中間所得層の負担が相対的に重くなり、支援を必要とする子育て世帯に最も重い負担を求める」ことになってしまう。全世代で担うべき子育て支援を、子育てを担う世代に最も重い負担を求めるというのは本末転倒だ。
医療・介護・年金の保険料率（健保連の平均料率、労使負担分）は３０％にも迫るという。「高齢者医療への拠出金が増え続け、世代間で負担と給付のバランスはますます崩れる」という現状だ（日経電子版4/2「社会保険料率30％時代 過去最高、現役の負担余地少なく」）。
後期高齢者の私としては、社会保険により過大な恩恵を受けている。世代間の負担と給付のバランスが崩れていることについては耳が痛い。
一方、わが国の家計の金融資産残高は2000兆円を超え、そのうち家計の預貯金は1000兆円になるという。世帯主年齢別の預貯金保有額は70歳以上は350兆円、60～69歳は260兆円超となり、60歳以上で600兆円を上回る（21年時点）という話もある。
どうすればいいのか？
突然、結論じみた話になってしまうが、老人の医療費負担を増やす（具体的には、一律、窓口3割負担）こと。そして、消費税率を上げることによる財源を確保することが良いと考える。
消費税増税は抵抗が大きいとは思うが、最も、平等な税負担の形だと思う。子育て支援の財源は、これを中心に置くことが適切だと思うところだ。
