Letsencrypt SSL証明書の有効期限がひと月を切ったので更新作業を実施した。

以下、更新時のログをアップ:

もう１週間以上前の日経の記事(電子版：11/30）「中間層の経済的余裕、東京は全国４２位　トップは三重県」には驚いた。

私の居住している茨城県が経済的余裕で３位にランクされているという。去年まで、何年にもわたって魅力度ランキング最下位だった茨城県が経済的余裕ということでは、実に、うえから３位にランクされるという。

記事のリード文を以下転載：

東京都の中間層の経済的余裕は都道府県別で42位にとどまるとの分析を国土交通省がまとめた。可処分所得から食料費などの基礎的支出を除いた額を中位世帯で比べた。東京は家賃の高さなどが重荷とみられる。データは人口の一極集中の是正策の検討材料にする。

データは、国交省がまとめたものとのことである。一極集中の続く東京都から地方移転を促すために纏めたデータのようである。

可処分所得の多さで比べたら東京都が断トツ１位になるだろうが、「食料費などの基礎的支出」が大きく、娯楽などに使えたり、最終的に手元に残るお金はそんなに多くはないということのようだ。

普段の生活実感からいくと、同じ関東圏のなかで生活のしやすさというのは一番いいのが茨城県と思っていたが、今回の調査は、その裏付けということにもなる。

ま、茨城県も捨てたものではないということのようだ。
