今年も梅干しつくりをやっている。
今日（8月1日）に天日干しを開始した。
これから、三日三晩、天日干し<->夜露にさらす という作業を続ける。
右に掲載した写真は、我が家のベランダで始めたばかりの天日干しの様子。
これから、天候の変化に気を使いながら、干しの作業を続ける。にわか雨が起こりそうなときには、屋内に取り込む。
今年は、福井産の「福太夫」という銘柄の梅30キロを福井JAから購入した。例年、南高梅とこの福太夫の２銘柄を使ってきたが、今年は南高梅の価格が高くなっているので福太夫だけを使うことにした。
数日前(7/19)に発生した世界規模のシステム障害はITシステムを考えるうえで深刻な事件だった。今までに経験しないようなシステム障害ということで個人的な感想を含めて記録しておくことにした。
日経電子版(7/19)に、「世界でシステム障害、空港や銀行など幅広く ソフト起因」でシステム障害の発生と影響について報じている。

４年前(2020年7月)に再燃したリンパ腫は、幸い、寛解状態を維持している。
リンパ腫を患っていることを意識しないで生活しているのだが、３か月に一度は定期診断のときだけは、多少、その結果は気になる。結果がどうなっていようとも、追加的な治療を受けるつもりはないが、寛解状態が維持されていることを知ることはうれしい。
いつもは、血液検査をして状態を知る程度ではあるが、１週間前にPET/CT検査を受け、昨日、検査結果を聞いた。結論は、実に簡単で、「リンパ腫の病変は認められない」というもので、寛解状態が継続しているということで、ひとまず安心。
